Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Schedule appointments and assign clients to technicians.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions.
- Helps keep the shop clean before and after working shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
