Job Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and arriving pets; document their needs and requests; running pets to their suites
• Check out departing pets; prepare invoices and receive payments; running pets from their suites to the customers
• Schedule services
• Answer phones and emails
• Speak with existing and new customers to suggestively sell our products and services
• Maintain files and support office operations

Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Should love animals, be comfortable handling them, and able to anticipate their needs
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Must be detail-oriented and maintain a professional attitude
• Must have access to dependable transportation
• Requires typing, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
