Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced .Net Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net technologies and cloud solutions with proven leadership in handling end-to-end project delivery. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentoring the development team, and ensuring high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across the SDLC.
• Architect and design scalable .Net-based applications using modern frameworks.
• Develop high-quality code in .Net Core and Angular.
• Implement and manage APIs and integrations across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Leverage Azure services for scalable deployment and cloud solutions.
• Work closely with BI teams to integrate and utilize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize databases using SQL Server.
• Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in .Net Core, C#, ASP.Net MVC
• Hands-on experience with Angular
• Strong experience in Azure cloud services
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and optimization
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and integration
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
