Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Solution Architect with 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes, with extensive expertise in both functional configuration and integration across SAP and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural knowledge and be capable of designing and configuring complex SAP OTC solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
As an SAP OTC Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the solution design, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives, and optimizing processes throughout the OTC cycle. You will also oversee the functional configuration and integration of SAP systems to deliver effective, end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of SAP OTC solutions, aligning them with business goals and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP MM, SAP CRM, external platforms, and legacy systems).
Functional Configuration: Oversee and perform the functional configuration of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, ensuring that all processes in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle are mapped effectively in SAP, including:
o Sales Order Management (Order Types, Sales Document Types)
o Pricing (Condition Techniques, Pricing Procedure)
o Shipping and Delivery (Shipping Point, Delivery Processing)
o Billing (Billing Types, Output Determination)
o Accounts Receivable (Receivables Management, Credit Management)
o Credit and Risk Management Configuration
o Taxation Configuration (VAT, Sales Tax)
o Integration with SAP FI for Financial and Accounts Receivable transactions
o Integration with SAP MM for Material and Inventory management
End-to-End OTC Process Optimization: Work closely with business teams to continuously optimize the Order to Cash process, proposing improvements to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve system performance.
Integration Leadership: Lead the integration of SAP OTC with other business systems using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware. Ensure smooth data flow and process continuity between SAP and third-party systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, 3PL systems, and external financial systems.
Customization & Enhancement: Oversee and guide the customization and enhancement of the SAP OTC module to accommodate business-specific requirements. Work with the development team to configure and implement user exits, BADI, and other SAP enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementations with a strong focus on Order to Cash (OTC) processes and functional configuration.
- Proven expertise in configuring SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FICO), and Credit Management modules.
SAP Expertise:
- Extensive experience in configuring Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping and Delivery, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management processes in SAP SD.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC implementation and migrations.
- Deep understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM, FICO, SAP CRM, and third-party systems.
Integration Knowledge:
- Expertise in integrating SAP OTC with third-party applications (e.g., CRM systems, logistics, and eCommerce platforms).
- Proficiency with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, API-based integration, Web Services, and other middleware integration technologies.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ABAP (for debugging and understanding technical implications of configuration), SAP Fiori, and SAP BW/BI for reporting and analytics is desirable.
