We are seeking an Workflow Coordinator to oversee our Analog Intake Department. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the team.
General Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a leader who with a production background, who is good at process improvement & leads a team well. You should be proficient in relevant computer applications, have knowledge of customer service practices and principles, excellent data entry and typing skills, and superior listening, verbal, and written communication and comprehension skills.

- Focus on operational improvement of speed and quality through problem-solving methods, training, and technical support
- Analyze work processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and update SOPs accordingly
- Collaborate with management to address quality issues and ensure standards are met
- Supervise intake team to ensure smooth processes and timely case processing
- Lead hiring and onboarding efforts within the department
- Understand case flow schedule of operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Prior workflow operation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology preferred but not required
- From $60,000.00 per year plus quarterly bonus opportunities. Open to negotiate with highly qualified candidates.
