Key Responsibilities :

Use EXOCAD software to design dental prosthetics, including full arch implant-supported bridges, based on digital scans of patient's teeth and gums for the All-on-4 treatment concept.
Fabricate hybrid dentures that meet the necessary standards of fit, function, and aesthetics.
Collaborate with other members of the team and customers, including dentists and dental assistants, to ensure that all patient needs are met.
Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.
Be able to effectively read dental RXs to design dental prosthetics.

General Responsibilities :

Follow detailed instructions from senior dental technicians and dentists to ensure that all designs are created to the proper specifications.

Work collaboratively with other dental technicians to ensure timely completion of cases.

Perform other duties as may be required or necessary.

Required Skills / Physical Demands :

Knowledge of fabricating dental restorations, including all-on-4, hybrid, and bar overdentures, using CAD / CAM technology.

Experience using EXOCAD software to design dental prosthetics for the All-on-4 treatment concept.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Physical demands may include sitting or standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, and good eyesight.

Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials science, and occlusion.

Ability to interpret and follow dental prescriptions and technical specifications.

Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the design process.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with dentists and other dental professionals.

To have an understanding of teeth setup, anatomy, and morphology.
