Summary
The Digital Case Specialist (Intake) plays a crucial role in managing the initial stages of digital cases within Pan-Am. This position involves efficiently receiving, organizing, and assessing digital impressions and related information to facilitate the fabrication of dental prosthetics. The Digital Case Specialist (Intake) collaborates closely with dental technicians, dentists, and administrative staff to ensure the smooth processing of digital cases and timely delivery of high-quality dental products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Case Intake :
Receive digital impressions and case information from dental clinics, dental practitioners, and other sources.
Organize digital impressions and case records according to established protocols.
Review digital impressions and case details to assess the requirements and specifications for fabricating dental prosthetics.
Provide technical assistance to clients and dental practitioners regarding the digital submission process, file formats, and compatibility requirements.
Conduct quality checks on incoming digital impressions to assess their suitability for fabrication.
Document all interactions and actions taken during the intake process, including communication with clients, changes to case specifications, and any modifications made to digital files.
Collaborate closely with dental technicians and administrative staff to coordinate case workflows and address any issues or concerns that arise during the intake process.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and dental practitioners by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the intake process.
Qualifications
Should be proficient in relevant computer applications, have knowledge of customer service practices and principles, excellent data entry and typing skills, and superior listening, verbal, and written communication and comprehension skills.
