What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Staff position at Pan American Mental Health Services, Inc.?
The Clinical Support Staff is responsible of the reception, secretarial and administrative support within the organization. The Clinical Support will organize statistical data, the client waiting list and self-referral assessment appointments.
The Clinical Support Staff must give all visitors and clients’ professional and sensitive front-line help and information, representing a positive image that we strive for.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have at least a year of experience in a medical office.
Working knowledge of office equipment (i.e. PC and its software programs). Software programs are but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Scheduling programs.
