Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven On-Site Resident Manager to lead our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of success in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the residential community, including but not limited to:
- Investigating and resolving resident concerns, initiating corrective actions.
- Completing various daily and month-end reports, including collection of rent, administration of late fees, three-day notices, and delinquency notices.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (higher education preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an on-site property manager or highly relevant experience with consistent property management required.
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
