Job Title: On-Site Resident Manager
The On-Site Resident Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a positive community environment, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing the financial operations of the apartment community.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and promoting a community environment that fosters resident engagement and satisfaction
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Performing administrative responsibilities, including rent collection, maintenance requests, and lease enforcement
- Serving as the primary responsibility for the financial operations of the community, maximizing income, and controlling expenses
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; higher education preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an on-site property manager or highly relevant experience with consistent property management
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in budget preparations and monthly reports preparation; strong knowledge of landlord tenant law and regulations, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective administrative, organizational, and time management skills
