Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and promote a positive community environment
- Provide assistance to residents and address their needs
- Perform administrative responsibilities, including financial operations
- Ensure community is rented to fullest capacity through marketing strategies
- Interpret, enforce, and explain apartment lease and policies
- Address safety concerns, maintenance items, and cleaning needs
- Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, rent increases, and evictions
- Maintain community appearance and repairs
- Monitor resident conduct and enforce house rules
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an on-site property manager
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in budget preparations and monthly reports preparation
- Knowledge of landlord tenant law and regulations
