- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs in alignment with business goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of APIs, including versioning, deprecation, and documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure APIs meet performance and security standards.
- Monitor and optimize API performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement API orchestration strategies to streamline and optimize data flow across various systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end claims processing workflow.
