What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Production Worker position at Pan O Gold Baking Company?
Learn and perform production jobs in a commercial bakery.
- Operate control panels of an automated production line equipment and machinery
- Load ingredients and batch dough formulas into mixers for consistent and accurate making of every product
- Read, comprehend and follow a production schedule
- Monitor quality and remove faulty products
- Finalize and package products for shipment
- Maintain a clean workstation following health and safety standards
- Troubleshoot errors and alert supervisor for assistance as needed
- Assist team members with necessary duties to ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- A consistent 4-day work schedule( three 12 hour days and one 6 hour day), 3 days off per week.
- Night compensation pay of $1.00 per hour
