Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team at Pan-O-Gold Baking. In this role, you will contribute to the production of our renowned bread products while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This position is vital to our mission of delivering the best baked goods in the market.
Responsibilities
- Operate control panels of an automated production line equipment and machinery.
- Load ingredients and batch dough formulas into mixers for consistent and accurate making of every product.
- Read, comprehend and follow a production schedule.
- Monitor product quality and remove faulty products.
- Finalize and package products for shipments\Maintain a clean workstation following health and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot errors and alert supervisor for assistance as needed.
- Assist team members with necessary duties to ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- 5 day work schedule:
- Estimated start times as listed: Saturday and Tuesday start at midnight. Sunday at 6 AM, Wednesday at 7AM and Thursday at 8 AM.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Pay: $21.25 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
