Food Production Worker

Learn and perform production jobs in a commercial bakery.

• Operate control panels of an automated production line equipment and machinery
• Load ingredients and batch dough formulas into mixers for consistent and accurate making of every product
• Read, comprehend and follow a production schedule
• Monitor quality and remove faulty products
• Finalize and package products for shipment
• Maintain a clean workstation following health and safety standards
• Troubleshoot errors and alert supervisor for assistance as needed
• Assist team members with necessary duties to ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• A consistent 4-day work schedule( three 12 hour days and one 6 hour day), 3 days off per week.
• Night compensation pay of $1.00 per hour
