What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Safety Coordinator position at Pan-Pacific Mechanical?
Pan-Pacific Mechanical is a leading full-mechanical design-build contractor, specializing in some of the most recognizable and notable projects in the country. We are currently in need of a motivated Site Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Site Safety Coordinator is responsible for working with the Safety Director to provide leadership and oversight in all areas related to company safety for jobsites throughout the Sacramento / Northern California area.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of construction safety experience preferred, or a safety degree would be sufficient
- OSHA 30 and First Aid / CPR Certified is required
- Must be self-driven, reliable, and able to perform their tasks without daily direction
- OSHA 500, STS-C, and or CHST desired
- Must be passionate about construction safety
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able, comfortable, and familiar being on construction sites
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid drivers license for the state of California
