2. Job Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
Develop and manage project plans including timeline, scope, and budget.
Track milestones and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with outside engineering services when applicable.
Team Leadership and Coordination
Hire, direct, and manage construction crews and subcontractors.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and vendors.
Provide clear direction and support to all team members.
Quality Control and Safety
Ensure all work meets required codes, standards, and specifications.
Monitor site safety and enforce all safety protocols.
Anticipate and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
Address questions, concerns, and change requests in a timely manner.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, engineers, and clients.
Risk Management
Identify and assess potential project risks.
Create and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

4. Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of construction project management experience.
Must have experience in industrial manufacturing environments; chemical
manufacturing experience preferred.
Must hold an active Kentucky Construction Management License.
Proven ability to lead diverse construction teams and deliver results under pressure.
5. Additional Notes
Candidates must successfully complete all Michelin-required safety and confidentiality
onboarding before assignment start.
Interviews may be required to verify experience, expertise, and alignment with project
needs
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $34.54 - $60.00 per hour
