Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
Understand construction processes and technical terminology to accurately plan andsequence tasks
Identify and manage project critical paths and task dependenciesProject Monitoring & Updates
Track progress against schedule and make real-time updates
Adjust timelines and resources as needed based on scope changes or delays
Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans Resource & Time Management
Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently across project phases
Monitor resource utilization and adjust to meet project demandsStakeholder Communication & Reporting
Collaborate with project managers and teams to align on objectives and milestones Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key updates, risks, and action items Ensure all schedule changes are communicated clearly and timely to relevantstakeholders Problem-Solving & Technical Support
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, or bottlenecks
Resolve scheduling challenges to maintain momentum and avoid project delays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Schedule Variance (SV)
Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
On-Time Completion Rate Cycle Time for Key Deliverables
Resource Utilization Efficiency

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relatedfield
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project scheduling
. Industrial manufacturing project experience required; chemical plant experience
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and construction crews
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
