What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Cost Analyst position at Panacea Direct, Inc?
We are seeking a Project Cost Controller to support our Central Engineering team in financial planning and cost management for large capital projects. This role is not an accounting position but focuses on project controls, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, and Oracle-based cost management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) aligned with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Assist engineering teams in consolidating budget estimates and establishing cost baselines.
Track purchase orders, invoicing, and budget adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
Process change orders and update cost projections, cash-flow forecasts, and variance reports.
Utilize Power BI and cost management tools for financial reporting & forecasting.
Qualifications:
✔ 2-4 years of experience in Project Cost Control/Project Controls.
✔ Expertise in budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing for capital projects.
✔ Experience with Oracle-based cost management tools (e.g., Oracle Primavera, Oracle ERP).
✔ Proficiency in Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
✔ Strong collaboration skills with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.

Pay: $33.17 - $35.94 per hour
