Job description
We are looking for an energetic, reliable person to work in our salon/spa, with a pleasant, outgoing personality.
Previous sales/service provider experience is a plus.
Duties include:
- Providing excellent service to guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and cashing out services.
-Supervise the flow of the service floors, time management of service providers and salon assistants.
-Assisting service providers and the salon assistants for success in their day.
-Professional product knowledge and sales.
-Social media posting and responding.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff on salon/spa policies and procedures.
- Ability to work cohesively with others.
- Able to work flexible days and hours. Saturdays and evening hours are mandatory.
