Job Title: East Coast Territory Manager – Sales, High-Performance Adhesives and UV/LED Curing Equipment
Position Reports To: Management Team - Adhesives Business Unit
Location: Core territory includes the U.S. eastern seaboard and eastern provinces of Canada. Will support additional customer locations west of the eastern seaboard as necessary. Candidates should reside in the eastern seaboard region, ideally in the Connecticut area.
Compensation/Benefits: Competitive base salary and commissions based on relevant skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid mileage, home office expenses, and a company-paid medical plan for the employee. Generous paid time off, holiday, and vacation schedule.
Relocation: Not applicable; must reside in the eastern seaboard region.
Travel Requirements: Up to 70% travel, primarily local and domestic with potential for some international travel.

Essential Criteria
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or engineering, with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Experience
- Product Knowledge: Experience with epoxy or UV adhesives, UV/LED curing equipment, or other joining/coating technologies for industrial assembly.
- Application Knowledge: Familiarity with end-use applications for curable adhesives systems in industries such as electronics, medical devices, optics, aerospace, and transportation.
- Product Adaptability: Ability to work with standard and custom product lines to meet customer-specific performance and equipment needs.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth at customer design centers and manufacturing sites in the assigned territory. Growth will include direct product sales within the region and product qualifications for transfer to manufacturing facilities outside the U.S.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets and business objectives as assigned by corporate management.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide sales forecasts and monitor progress on all open projects.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence to support product development and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers.
- Marketing Input: Provide market insights to the global marketing teams to enhance visibility, lead generation, and the effectiveness of marketing programs.
