Duties

- Build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their boats, motorcycles, ATVs, SSVs, PWCs, Golf Carts, Outboard engines and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns in person, by email or by phone
- Utilize Parts fiche, DMS and other systems to accurately process orders and track inventory
- Collaborate with the service department on parts needed, Repair order parts and ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs.
- Maintain, organize and clean parts department as needed or as directed.
- Received and stock parts for inventory. Verify, maintain and organize the parts department for maximize efficiency.
- Conduct, pull and ship manufacturers returns. Process customer returns and place orders as needed.
- Work with the sales department directly to identify potential sales. Help the sales department with accessories needed/wanted on new unit sales to maximize profitability.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership, automotive, powersports or marine environment preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of powersports and/or marine parts
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems, including DMS and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking capability
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
- The ability to lift 50lbs
- The ability to work hard, stay on task and remain positive in a high paced environment
- Valid Drivers license
- Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
