Canvas Manager – Leadership Role in Door-to-Door Appointment Setting

Panamera Painting is expanding, and we’re looking for a Canvas Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door appointment setting team. This is a career opportunity, not just a job – we plan to expand into 50 locations. Over the next four years we will start Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Denver. The right person will have a path to leadership, eventually overseeing multiple teams and managers.

What You’ll Do:
- Master Our Process – Learn our D2D system, set appointments that convert to sales
- Lead the Team – Train, shadow, and coach new and existing setters
- Grow the Team – Recruit, hire, and develop appointment setters
- Scale Your Income – Earn a percentage of all sales your team generates
Compensation & Growth:
- Initial Training Phase: 25 hours/week knocking, earning either $600/week or a large % of personal sales
- Fully Trained: Earn a percentage of every sale from the team, scaling your earnings as you grow the team
- Long-Term Growth: Opportunity to become Head of Canvassing and oversee multiple locations
