The Role – What You’ll Learn and Do
As a Field Marketer, you’ll:
- Engage Homeowners – Knock doors, introduce yourself with confidence, and spark conversations about home improvement.
- Develop Persuasive Skills – Learn to handle objections, think fast, and naturally guide conversations to a “yes.”
- Set Appointments – Use proven methods to get homeowners excited about a free estimate, setting up potential sales.
- Receive Hands-On Coaching – We’ll train you in body language, tonality, and sales psychology—you’ll learn exactly what makes people say “yes.”
- Grow Fast & Get Promoted – Top performers can move into Sales Estimator roles, making up to $225,000 per year.
What You’ll Earn
Your effort determines your paycheck. Field Marketers average $50,000 to $100,000 per year with commissions of $125 per appointment set—top performers regularly make $250–$500 in a single afternoon.
