Are you an experienced home improvement sales professional looking to maximize your earnings? Panamera Painting, one of the fastest-growing residential painting companies in the state, is seeking top-notch Sales Closers to join our team. With our one-call-close strategy, you'll leverage your expertise to help homeowners transform their largest investments, all while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do:

• Utilize our advanced tools and software to measure and assess painting projects.
• Conduct one-call-close sales presentations to homeowners, showcasing our exceptional services and solutions.
• Build rapport with customers, address objections, and secure sales on the spot.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and project success.
• Learn our Door to Door process to create self generated appointments when possible.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in home improvement or a related industry (e.g., roofing, solar, baths, kitchens, HVAC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work 5 days and 12 appointments a week.
• Availability on Saturday mornings and afternoons, as well as 4 days a week Monday-Friday, with 3 of those days requiring availability for morning (10am), afternoon (2pm), and evening (6pm) appointments. Sales reps must work a total of 3 evenings in their 5-day schedule.

Pay: Up to $229,000.00 per year
