Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a daily route provided by the Project Manager to inspect homes currently being painted.
- Perform detailed walkthroughs of each project, identifying any flaws, missed spots, or needed touch-ups.
- Relay information clearly to the Project Manager to help keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule.
- Encourage satisfied homeowners to leave Google reviews or video testimonials — earn bonuses when they do!
- Drive your own vehicle to job sites across the area (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Stay flexible, as your number of daily inspections will vary based on how many homes are in progress.
