About The Role :
We are a health and wellness-focused startup building AI-powered products designed to help families thrive. As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you’ll play a foundational role in driving research efforts that uncover critical insights into user needs, challenges, and motivations. Being in a 0 to 1 environment, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and refine product strategies from the ground up. What You’ll Get to Do :
- Lead large-scale, foundational quantitative research studies, delivering actionable insights to inform product strategy and development.
- Conduct advanced quantitative research, define post-launch product metric tracking, and launch benchmark studies to address complex business questions.
- Design and execute 0 to 1 research initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations that shape early-stage product concepts.
- Define, track and analyze UX metrics such as CSAT, ease of use, and other customer satisfaction indicators to measure product success.
- Develop robust customer segmentation frameworks to understand diverse customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize complex data sets into clear, digestible findings and present them to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
