What You'll Do:

To support Electrical Engineer regarding of Battery pack design and development.

• Support other Engineers for schematic drawing, BOM and testing of battery design
• Support other Engineers for reviewing customer requirement, building prototype or engineering sample, test or evaluate sample, and creating related documents
• Support department on any other activity related to battery pack development

Program Details:

• The program will be a full-time paid summer internship
• The program will be 12 weeks in length, and is planned to occur between Monday, May 19th and Friday, August 8th

Program Requirement(s):

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship
• Must be able to attend the entirety of the internship 

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's in electrical engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft operation system, MS office products
• Analytical, good technical foundation, problem solver
• Should be innovative, take the initiative to address problems and find solutions.
• Good verbal non-verbal communication skill; Able to working as a team in an open concept office.
• Technical writing and speaking in English should be clear enough to be understood by native English and non-native English speakers
• Deep understanding of MOSFET, BJT, Thermistor and component level design experience or knowledge preferred
• Japanese, Chinese, or Spanish language, speaking and reading preferred

Other Requirements

• Required physical ability to lift and move 22 pounds occasionally
• No issue to hear, see abnormal situation to investigate normal electronic device including li-ion battery

Hourly Range: $17-$38

The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
