Panatrol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize daily operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, aligning processes with business goals, and fostering collaboration across teams. The Director of Operations will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Director of Engineering to drive company growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and support growth.
- Process Optimization : Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operations.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Resource Management : Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure optimal use of company resources.
- Project Oversight : Work closely with the engineering team to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Compliance : Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
