PanCare Health is seeking highly motivated Health Technicians with experience in medication administration and first aid to join our team. In this role, you will support and assist students in ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment. We currently have openings at the following schools:
- Northside Elementary: 7:00a.m - 1:30p.m.
- Tyndall Academy: 7:30a.m - 2:00 p.m.
- Waller Elementary: 7:15a.m. - 1:45p.m.
- Patronis Elementary: 7:30a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- FLOAT - Schedule varies depending on school assignment (6-hour days)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health screenings and assessments for students
- Administer medication and first aid as needed
- Communicate with parents as necessary
- Support the development and implementation of health education programs
- Collaborate with school staff to promote a healthy school environment
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a school or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First aid experience
- Medication administration strongly preferred
- Pediatric experience is a plus
