Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services in assigned schools throughout Bay District Schools, including assessments as needed for school health.
- Perform student record reviews in assigned schools to determine compliance with Florida Statutes and Bay District School requirements.
- Develop, document and manage student care plans within the nursing scope of practice.
- Apart from these duties, the Registered Nurse will also need to actively cooperate with community agencies or organizations to facilitate client access and continuity of care.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464.
- Active BLS Certification.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
