Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Miami, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition. Daily tasks include inspection, diagnostics, and repair of various systems and equipment to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or related fields are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
