Pittsburgh area company in need of an experienced Accountant with the capability to provide general Human Resources administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for all financial activities of the organization along with acting as the go-to-person for all employee related issues.
Responsibilities to include :
Accountant
- Document, monitor and update accounting policies
- Ensure all payments are completed on time
- Prepare annual budgets for all departments
- Analyze costs and profits
- Set and track financial KPIs
- Build risk assessment models to evaluate investments
- Report on financial status on a regular basis and create ad-hoc reports
- Perform internal audits and assist with external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Manage cash flow and company’s business investments
