Pittsburgh area company in need of an experienced Accountant with the ability to provide general Human Resources administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for all financial activities of the organization along with acting as the go-to-person for all employee related issues.
Responsibilities to include:
Accountant
· Document, monitor and update accounting policies
· Ensure all payments are completed on time
· Prepare annual budgets for all departments
· Analyze costs and profits
· Set and track financial KPIs
· Build risk assessment models to evaluate investments
· Report on financial status on a regular basis and create ad-hoc reports
· Perform internal audits and assist with external audits
· Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
· Manage cash flow and company’s business investments
Human Resources
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
· Manage the recruitment and selection process
· Support business needs through development, engagement, preservation and motivation of human capital
· Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Ensure legal compliance throughout H.R. management
Requirements:
· Related experience as an Accountant or similar role
· BS or MS in accounting finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
· Thorough knowledge if accounting principles, procedures and legislation
· Experience with G/L, A/P and A/R; cash management and risk assessment
· Proficient knowledge with ERP systems and accounting software
· Proven working experience as a H.R. Manager or other H.R. executive
· In depth knowledge of labor law and H.R. best practices
· Degree in H.R. related field

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
