Chief Commercialization Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Commercialization Officer (CCO) to lead our efforts in bringing our high-impact agricultural innovations to market. At Pancopia, we’ve developed a game-changing environmental technology to vastly improve sustainability in pork production, and vastly improve producer profits at the same time.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural landscape and a passion for sustainable practices. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will get our product into the hands of producers, helping them better honor their commitments to environmental stewardship while boosting their financial sustainability.

CCO POSITION: This position requires an energetic, dedicated person who will be responsible for pioneering the first–to-market income producing water management technology. The CCO position requires experience in all aspects of the commercialization process.

Position Requirements

This position requires someone who has/can execute the following:

·      Strategic Business Planning

·      Lead on market research, insights and analysis

·      Commercialization & market-entry planning

·      Build & maintain strategic relationships and network expansion

·      Develop sales strategies for multiple customer groups

·      Public relations and marketing

·      ROI analysis

Salary Range

·      Competitive, based on experience and expertise

Education & Training

·      Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Strongly Preferred

Required Experience

·      Prior demonstratable experience in the commercialization of a new product, service, or technology

·      Minimum 10 years’ experience

·      Marketing experience

·      Sales Experience

·      Highly preferred experience in C-Suite positions

Preferred experience:

o  Start-up experience

o  High-tech product development

o  Industry or academic: agriculture, environmental science or engineering, product development
