About The Role:
As the Selection/Interview Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top candidates to work at Panda Exteriors. You will need to identify high-quality candidates, properly interview them and effectively communicate all the details about the role and company. This position will directly impact the company's results and overall culture, so it needs to be taken very seriously. You will be part of the TA team but will collaborate with other departments to achieve a true understanding of what the ideal candidate looks like. This is a hands-on role that requires you to gain a deep understanding of Panda's position, values and overall culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct structured and behavioral-based interviews (virtual and in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates based on pre-defined criteria and provide detailed and objective interview feedback to recruiters and department managers.
- Manage the interview process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective interview strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate progress and track interview results.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and KPI reporting.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of interview processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 3 plus years experience as an interviewer or recruiter, preferably in an outside sales environment.
- Strong understanding of various interviewing techniques, including behavioral, situational, and technical assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
