In this role, you will play a critical part in increasing sales, converting pre-qualified leads into business, and fostering relationships with current and potential customers. If you're an effective communicator who enjoys making outbound calls and following up on leads, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Increase Sales : Convert pre-qualified leads into appointments for the Sales representative & generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Collect Key Information : Gather important customer details and set clear expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Engage with Customers : Make high level outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
- Answer Inquiries : Provide answers to customer questions, sending additional product information and follow-up emails as needed.
- Maintain CRM Data : Accurately enter all relevant customer details and interaction notes into our CRM system, keeping records up to date.
- Manage Customer Database : Keep a current list of potential and existing customers to ensure opportunities are not missed.
- Stay Informed : Keep up with competing products and services to ensure you can speak knowledgeably and offer competitive advantages to customers.
