Summary of Job Description:
The Executive Director, Infrastructure & QA position is responsible for on premises and cloud infrastructure within IS, including systems, network, telephony, virtual infrastructure, database, and storage. This position is also accountable for the management and strategic direction of the internal QA team.The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and guidance to support the company's growth and oversees implementation to achieve process improvements in collaboration with the Vice President, IS.This position leads a team of professionals and leaders, elevating their performance to support the company's growth strategies.
You'll get a chance to:
- Mentor and develop IS leaders (Managers and Directors to increase their business knowledge and technical skills)
- Lead the QA and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective QA utilization and accuracy and cost effective infrastructure development.
- Develop and coach QA and Infrastructure associates directly or through subordinate leaders to improve their performance and expand their capabilities.
- Ensure the stability and security of existing infrastructure while providing guidance for capacity planning.
- Manage the infrastructure spending and implements solutions to balance operational needs with effective cost management.
- Oversee and ensure effective management of cloud and infrastructure service providers.
- Build strong relationships with Operations leadership through strategic communications.
- Build and strengthen relationships within the infrastructure domain outside the company to learn and share with peers at other companies.
- Develop, enroll and execute a vision for future technical needs in alignment with the evolving business environment.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field required
- Minimum twelve to fifteen years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: M5: $205,000 - $288,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
