Summary of Job Description:
The Senior Real Estate Legal Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing and enhancing the Real Estate Legal Team's information systems to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. This position helps build, configure, customize, test, troubleshoot, and maintain the lease management database system and the contract lifecycle management database system on the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IS and system vendors, business analysts, and end-users, to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new innovative technology solutions.
You'll get a chance to:
- Responsible for managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) database and contract management database.
- Research and resolve issues related to the systems supporting these databases.
- Troubleshoot unexpected results or process flaws and recommends solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and tests all system changes.
- Design systems to meet the business requires of the stakeholders by proactively analyzing and recommending changes to the technology.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope and system goals and requirements.Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Manage and analyze new system releases and interact directly with technology vendors (consultants) to take advantage of the features offered in the technology applications.
- Involve IS as needed in expanding and enhancing each technology application.
- Partner with the lead program manager to identify modifications to systems or alternative methods to improve workflow and increase efficiency of the users.
- Work with IS and/or system vendors to implement changes.
- Test new features, including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports from visualization tool (e.g. Power BI) systems, ensuring data integrity and meeting regulatory and decision-making requirements. Maintains reports and add-ins to help automate manual processes.
- Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.
- Ensure timely creation and accurate submission of reports to the internal stakeholders.
- Support program managers on complex, cross-functional projects for enhancing processes and helps identify technology to support system process improvement.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of all functionalities.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce platform database, with a focus on real estate application preferred; systems analyst experience and hands-on experience with software development and documentation required
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range:P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
