Job Description
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Service Team Associate to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining experiences to guests
- Greet guests and serve food in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen and front counter areas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. If you have experience in the food industry or customer service, that's a plus!
