Your Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates, as well as maintaining high-quality food and service standards. To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
