Job Description
This role involves managing the operation of a single store.
You'll be responsible for hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You'll also be in charge of preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knives, and working quickly without losing accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma and flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and have effective verbal communication skills.
