We are seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Preparing hot and cold foods using Chinese cooking techniques
- Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and reaching across countertops to serve customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
