What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Solutions Manager position at Pandion Optimization Alliance?
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES :
Provide full spectrum customer service and support to new and existing members and vendors. Assists with new account rostering and supporting the Business Development Team through lead generations. Utilizes Salesforce to enter information and tracking.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to day-to-day member / vendor issues and inquiries.
- Assists Business Development Team with new members.
- Prepares data and materials for QBR presentations and ensures opportunities for “A” accounts are available for presentation. Completes task in Salesforce and emails information to VP Operations.
- Responsible for Premier onboarding process, Price Activations, PMDFs, GPO Designations, Exhibit D’s, DEAs, HINs, and tracking information in Salesforce.
- Assist with secondary back-ups for Salesforce update, maintenance of list, reports, and groups (PA delete and load).
- Assist with sending requests to distributors to link newly rostered accounts and added locations.
- Responsible for new account rostering.
- Assist in the identification of new revenue opportunities identified through data analysis for Sourcing, Operations and Marketing.
- Assist with supporting Business Development Team through lead generation and roster verification for drip campaigns.
- When needed, assist with outbound member communications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, smart boards, and Boxlight systems.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to use and manipulate normal office tools, converse effectively via correspondence and orally (especially the telephone), sit for prolonged periods of time and to move about the facilities.
