How You’ll Make An Impact
In this versatile and impactful role, as the Manager, Revenue Operations you will lead and support key revenue operations functions across SiriusXM Media, working closely with Sales, Client Services, Enablement, Enterprise Systems, and Marketing teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving complex operational challenges. You will be essential in optimizing our opportunity flows, simplifying workflows, enhancing data governance, and driving initiatives that strengthen RevOps processes to ultimately support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Territory & Account Segmentation Management: Guide the strategic segmentation of accounts and territories through data analysis, enabling teams to focus on high-impact accounts and achieve balanced resource allocation across sales segments.
Lead Routing & Prioritization: Design and maintain lead routing and account prioritization models, ensuring that high-value leads are directed to the appropriate sales teams. Regularly assess and adjust models to enhance response times, conversion rates, and overall lead quality.
Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows for efficient lead management and pipeline accuracy. Collaborate with sales leaders to address bottlenecks, enhance sales cycle velocity, and drive consistency across processes.
Strategic Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs supporting revenue growth and strategic goals. Manage projects that impact the broader sales organization, ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives.
Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Develop, refine, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable insights. Enable cross-functional teams to leverage data in support of strategic decision-making, sales planning, and performance optimization.
Operational Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sales operations processes to increase efficiency, data quality, and consistency across teams, driving more effective resource utilization.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance metrics, providing leadership with regular updates on pipeline health, sales productivity, and revenue attainment. Conduct post-mortems and process reviews to capture learnings and foster ongoing improvements.
What You’ll Need
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $95,900.00 to $140,000.00 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales operations, market research, or related analytical roles, with a track record of leadership and strategic impact, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), B2B sales processes, and other sales and marketing automation tools.
- Deep understanding of segmentation techniques and methodologies, including geographic, demographic, firmographic, and psychographic segmentation.
- Ability to develop and maintain sophisticated segmentation models and rules to support sales operations and lead routing processes.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for communication, documentation, and presentation purposes.
