About the Team :
The Manager, Sales Operations and Workload Planning, is responsible for overseeing balanced workload execution across Pandora's North American retail stores and ensuring cross-functional teams stay on track with their tasks. This role ensures that all tasks are entered into the store task list well in advance with the necessary details for flawless execution. Additionally, the Manager leads the Retail Systems function, overseeing systems testing, maintenance, and rollout strategies while partnering with IT teams to develop a cohesive North American IT strategy.
Your Role as a the Manager of Sales Operations & Planning :
Workload Balance & Task Oversight :
- Ensure workload is balanced across stores, minimizing strain during peak sales periods while maximizing efficiency.
- Monitor cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are submitted into the store task list well in advance, with all required information for successful execution.
- Conduct quarterly workload reviews with field leaders to align on upcoming challenges and refine workload plans.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
