Job Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Sales Representative to drive sales, build client relationships, and represent our brand in the Gaithersburg showroom. Duties
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Engage in retail sales and outside sales activities to expand market reach.
- Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring coverage of all potential leads.
- Proactively contact local contractors, designers, and construction companies
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Perform direct sales activities, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads generated from the website or marketing campaigns.
- Occasionally assist with light inventory tasks and product deliveries
Experience
- Previous experience in technical sales or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in retail sales or outside sales roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on market insights.
