Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and optimize powder handling, coating, and related manufacturing processes
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and implement process improvements using tools like JMP or Python
- Support scale-up activities and ensure safety, quality, and scalability of production processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology transfers and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, with expertise in powder processing, coatings, or related material manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP, Python, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using statistical tools (e.g., SPC, DOE)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies and process development
