As the Accounting Manager – Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in overseeing the consolidation of the company’s financials for internal management and ownership reporting. Leading a team of accounting professionals, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the consolidation of global financial data for accurate and timely management and owner reporting
- Lead and manage a team of financial reporting professionals
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior leadership on company performance
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to gather and reconcile financial information
- Support internal audits and liaise with external auditors
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 3 years of experience in public accounting
- At least 2 additional years of relevant financial reporting experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with global financial operations and consolidation is a plus
