Job Duties:
- Provide timely communication with team, clients, and vendors, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on orders, services, and installations.
- Assist with quoting, proposal preparation, and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage orders from initiation to completion within operating system, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and support colleagues.
- Create quotes and orders, verify order accuracy, and manage order flow.
- Schedule and confirm installations, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle warranty claims and service requests efficiently.
